2. Products & Pricing
All product listings on this site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD). By placing an order, you agree to accept delivery and complete payment. Refusal to pay upon delivery without prior cancellation may result in account suspension.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. To cancel, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an item has been dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
5. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective or incorrectly supplied. Items must be in original condition with all accessories. Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer within 7–14 business days of inspection.
6. Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's limited warranty as specified in the product's warranty card. Warranty claims are handled through our authorized service centers. The warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of BenQ Bangladesh or BenQ Corporation and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
BenQ Bangladesh shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
10. Changes to Terms
